大肠癌证候研究方法进展

Review of research method in colorectal cancer syndrome

大肠癌是我国常见的消化道恶性肿瘤,其发病率和死亡率居第3位,并且随着饮食结构的改变而呈现逐年上升的趋势。近年来,中医药治疗日益成为大肠癌个体化、综合治疗方案中不可或缺的重要组成部分,而证候研究则是中医药在大肠癌综合治疗方案中能否发挥有效作用的关键。但目前大肠癌的临床辨证分型、辨证依据及证候本质的研究尚未有统一的结论,成为干扰临床疗效稳定性及有效评价的主要因素。作者拟从行业标准、医家经验、文献研究以及分期辨证等方面总结大肠癌目前的辨证分型,从"证素"研究,统计学分析及现代生物技术等方面综述大肠癌证候研究的进展,以期为大肠癌证候研究提供借鉴和思路。

The colorectal cancer is a common digestive tract malignant tumor in China, its incidence and mortality are in third place, and presents an increasing trend with the change of dietary structure. In recent years, traditional Chinese medicine treatment has increasingly become the important part of the individual and comprehensive treatment program of colorectal cancer, and syn- drome differentiation is the key-point of traditional Chinese medicine in comprehensive treatment program. However, there are no criterions for the clinical syndrome differentiation, differentiation standard and syndrome essence, which is the main factor that af- fects the stability of clinical efficacy and effective evaluation. This paper summarizes the current types of colorectal cancer syndrome from the industry standard, physicians＇experience, literatures and syndrome differentiation, and introduces the research progress on colorectal cancer syndrome from ＂syndrome factor＂ research, statistical analysis and modern biotechnology, aiming to provide refer- ences and ideas for colorectal cancer syndrome research.
