摘要
目的观察基于自我效能护理应用于泮托拉唑治疗老年消化性溃疡病中的临床价值。方法选择2010年8月—2012年8月两年间在十堰市东风公司茅箭医院住院采用泮托拉唑治疗的老年消化性溃疡患者106例为研究对象。采用抽签法将其随机分为两组,每组53例。一组采用常规护理方法进行护理,为对照组;一组在对照组护理的基础上予以基于自我效能护理,为观察组。对两组研究对象的治疗效果、自我效能、护理满意率、治疗依从性、心理状态及生活质量等数据进行比较及统计学分析。结果观察组的总有效率为94.3%,对照组总有效率为86.8%;护理满意率和治疗依从性,观察组均高于对照组,但差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组的自我效能、心理状态和生理功能均优于对照组,且具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论基于自我效能护理应用于泮托拉唑治疗老年消化性溃疡病的护理能够改善患者心理状态,提高自我效能,进而改善生活质量,具有重要的临床价值。
[ Objective] To observe the clinical value of nursing based on self-efficacy in elderly patients with peptic ulcer disease treated by pantoprazole. [ Methods] 106 elderly patients with peptic ulcer disease, who were treated with pantoprazole in Maojian Hospital of Donfeng Motor Corporation in Shiyan City from August 2010 to August 2012, were collected, and randomly divided into two groups, 53 cases in each group. The control group was given the routine nursing care, and the observation group received the nursing based on self-efficacy on the basis of routine nursing care. The data about curative effect, self-efficacy, nursing satisfaction rate, treatment compliance, psychological status and quality of life in two groups were compared and statistically analyzed. [ Results] The total effective rate of the observation group and the control group was 94.3% and 86.8% respectively. The nursing satisfaction rate and treatment compliance in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, but the differences were not statistically significant ( P 〉 0.05 ). The self-efficacy, psychological status and quality of life in the observation group were better than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant ( P 〈 0.01 ). [ Conclusion] The nursing based on self-efficacy for elderly patients with peptic ulcer disease treated by pantoprazole can improve the psychological status of patients, increase the self-efficacy, and enhance the quality of life, which has important clinical value.
