22例髂胫束综合征的磁共振研究 被引量：1

摘要 目的了解髂胫束综合征在磁共振上的表现,以协助临床诊断。方法回顾分析22例髂胫束综合征患者和22例健康患者的膝关节MRI扫描,分别评估髂胫束厚度,髂胫束周围异常信号及关节积液等。结果正常的髂胫束厚度约(2.0±0.38)mm,患者(2.2±0.47)mm,P=0.74,差异没有统计学意义。髂胫束的外侧或内侧出现异常信号(18/22例),4/22例表现为髂胫束增粗,信号不变。5/22例患者出现膝关节积液。结论髂胫束综合征在磁共振上有特征性的改变,熟悉了解这些影像特征,将有助于诊断和鉴别诊断。
