光学相干断层扫描下各型黄斑裂孔的形态特征及其在诊断、鉴别诊断中的作用 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨各种类型黄斑裂孔的光学相干断层扫描的形态特征及光学相干断层扫描在诊断、鉴别诊断中的作用。方法我院眼科自2009年7月至2012年7月采用常规直接或间接检眼镜、三面镜检查的各种确诊、疑似黄斑裂孔患者23例23眼,进行光学相干视网膜断层扫描(OCT)检查,针对图像特征进行分析。结果 23例23眼中:黄斑外板层裂孔2例2眼;内板层裂孔5列5眼;假性黄斑裂孔3例3眼,常见于视网膜前膜者(2例2眼);黄斑全层裂孔13例13眼。结论光学相干断层扫描(OCT)能清晰的观察到各型黄斑裂孔组织形态特征,可准确、直观的鉴别黄斑裂孔、假性黄斑裂孔和板层黄斑裂孔。
