摘要
采用薄层荧光扫描法测定了三颗针中的主要成分小檗碱的含量.小檗碱的荧光峰面积与浓度呈良好的线性关系,线性范围为0.010~0.060μg,Y=83.1+13 721.6 x,r=0.999,平均回收率为97.8%,RSD为2.07%.本方法分离度好、简单、重现性好.
The Berberine in Berberis was determinaed by using layer fluorescence scanning method.The berberine was in good linearity from 0.010 to 0.060μg,and the regression equation was Y=83.1+13 721.6 x(r=0.999).The mean recovery was 97.8% and RSD was 2.07%,respectively.The method was quick and simple with good repetition.
