摘要
目的探讨高压电烧伤对雌性大鼠血清性激素水平及免疫因子的影响。方法将120只健康SD雌性大鼠随机平均分为假高压电烧伤组(对照组)、高压电烧伤组(实验组),每组又随机分为电伤前15 min、电伤后5 min内、电伤1 h、2 h、4 h、8 h等六个时相组,每个时相组10只大鼠。收集每个时相血液标本,采用顺磁性微粒化学发光免疫法测定六个时相的雌二醇、睾酮水平的动态变化,采用酶联免疫法测定血清白细胞介素6,应用免疫透射比浊法测定大鼠免疫球蛋白G。结果 SD雌性大鼠在高压电烧伤后血清E2、IL-6浓度明显升高,至伤后8 h其浓度仍逐渐上升。血清T、IgG水平明显下降,随时间的变化,至伤后8 h与对照组水平比较仍有显著性差异。结论高压电烧伤后SD雌性大鼠性激素水平失衡,免疫功能障碍导致机体处于免疫抑制状态。
Objective To discuss the influence of high- voltage electrical burn on sex hormone and immune factors of female rats. Methods One hundred and twenty healthy female SD rats were evenly divided into the fake high- voltage burn group( the control group) and high- voltage electrical burn group( the experimental group). Each group was then randomly divided into 6time phase groups,15 min before electrical burn,5 min after electrical burn,1 h,2h,4 h,8h after electrical injury,10 rats in each group. The blood samples at each time phase were collected to determine the levels of estradiol and testosterone using paramagnetic particle chemiluminescent immunoassay,the interleukin 6 levels using enzyme- linked immune method,and IgG level using the immune turbidimetric method. Results The concentrations of E2 and IL- 6 significantly increased in burned rats,and continue to increase in 8 h after the burn. While serum T and IgG levels significantly decreased with time,and showed significant difference with the control group even after 8 h of the burn,still below the levels of the control group. Conclusion Experimental data shows that the hormones levels were imbalanced after electrical burn. Immune dysfunction results in the state of immunosuppression.
