摘要
麦肯锡7S模型(Mckinsey 7S Model)是企业文化发展历程中逐步形成的一个经典理论,对企业运行成败起到一定的影响。文章将7S理论(战略、结构、制度、人员、风格、技能和共有的价值观)应用到医院文化建设实践中,并与医院具体发展实际相结合,从而探索出一种新型的医院文化管理模式。
Mckinsey 7S Model becomes the classic theory during enterprise culture development process gradually, and has some effect on the enterprise operation. Mckinsey 7S Theory （strategy, structure, system, staff, style, skill, shared value） is used in the hospital culture, and through the practice of the hospital, a new hospital culture management model is explored.
