摘要
目的探讨鼻腔纽扣电池异物处置技巧。方法回顾分析我科2011年7月—2013年5月收治的5例鼻腔纽扣电池异物病儿的临床资料。5例均全麻下行鼻内镜鼻腔探查清理术,术中予以清理创面、清洗术腔,并于创面涂抹湿润烧伤膏。结果 5例病儿中,2例恢复良好,未见明显并发症;2例鼻中隔穿孔并鼻腔粘连;1例单纯鼻腔粘连。结论鼻腔纽扣电池异物一旦明确诊断应尽快取出,并彻底清理鼻腔,以有助于病人鼻腔的保护,防止发生鼻中隔穿孔等严重的并发症。
Objective To discuss the technique of management of button battery in nose. Methods Clinical data of five children with button battery in nose （hospitalized in our department during July 2011--May 2013） were reviewed retrospective- ly. All of the five children underwent nasal endoscopy to explore and clear nasal cavity under general anesthesia. Moisture burn oint- ment was used to cover the wound surface. Results Of all the five patients, two well recovered without complications, two with septal perforations and synechia nasal, and one with simple syneehia nasal. Conclusion Once a foreign body of button battery in nose is confirmed, the need for urgent removal of a battery from the nose and thoroughly clear the cavity is emphasized to prevent severe complication such as septal perforation.
