肝素盐水处理导丝对PICC早期血栓形成的影响 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨在B超引导下结合改良塞丁格技术行经外周静脉置入中心静脉导管(PICC)时,肝素盐水处理导丝对血栓形成的影响。方法超声导引结合改良塞丁格技术行PICC住院肿瘤病人100例,随机分为两组,观察组在常规PICC操作前将导丝用肝素盐水浸泡、擦拭,对照组进行常规PICC穿刺,比较两组血栓发生情况。结果对照组有6例病人发生血栓,观察组没有病人发生血栓,两组比较差异有显著意义(χ2=6.383,P<0.05)。结论超声导引结合改良塞丁格技术行PICC过程中,肝素盐水浸泡、擦拭导丝可以有效预防血栓的形成。 Objective To investigate when inserting a central venous catheter (CVC) through peripheral-vein-under the guidance of ultrasonography combined with modified Seldinger technique-by using the guidewire treated with salt water with hepa- rin in the prevention of thrombogenesis. Methods A total of 100 patients underwent CVC using the technique mentioned above. The patients were divided into to groups-observation group and control group-at random. In the observation group, before the rou- tine procedures, the guidewire was soaked in salt water with heparin and polished; in the control group, a routine puncture for CVC was done. The development of thrombus between the two groups was compared. Results Venous thrombosis was formed in six patients in the control group, and none in the observation group (x2 = 6.383,P〈0.05). Conclusion During the process of inserting a central venous catheter under the guidance of ultrasonography combined with modified Seldinger technique, the guide- wire soaked with saltwater with heparin and polished may effectively vrevent the formation of thrombus.
