摘要
目的探讨中药塌渍治疗糖尿病病人输液性静脉炎的效果。方法选取住院期间发生输液性静脉炎的2型糖尿病病人94例,随机分为两组,各47例。观察组采用中药塌渍方法治疗,对照组采用常规硫酸镁外敷治疗,比较两组的疗效。结果观察组疗效优于对照组,治愈所需时间短于对照组,差异有显著性(Z=-3.796,t=20.019,P<0.01)。两组均未见明显不良反应。结论中药塌渍治疗糖尿病病人输液性静脉炎安全、有效。
Objective To study the effect of external application of traditional Chinese medicine on infusion-induced phle- bitis （IIP） in patients with diabetes mellitus （DM）. Methods Ninety-four DM patients with IIP during hospitalization were en- rolled in this study, who were evenly randomized to two groups. The patients in the observation group received Chinese herbal drug to treat the phlebitis, and those in the control were offered external application of magnesium sulfate. The effectiveness was com- pared between the two groups. Results The therapeutic efficacy in the observation group was better, and the time needed was shorter than the control group, the difference being significant （Z =- 3.796, t =20.019, P 〈0.01）. No obviously adverse reactions were noted in both the groups. Conclusion External use of traditional Chinese medicine [or phlebitis due to infusion in DM pa- tients is safe and effective.
