自然冷却技术在工业除湿干燥项目中的应用

摘要 介绍了自然冷却技术在某项目涂布干燥生产线的应用。当室外空气含湿量小于3g/kg时,通过控制系统实现室外新风与部分回风混合及新风与排风换热,自然冷却可全部替代除湿机;当室外空气含湿量介于3g/kg和12g/kg之间时,利用自然冷却技术可部分替代除湿机。理论分析及测试结果表明,采用自然冷却技术该项目每年可节约能源费用约80万元。 Presents the application of natural cooling technology in coating drying production line of the project.When the humidity ratio of outdoor air is lower than 3 g/kg,the application of natural cooling technology can completely replace the dehumidifier by using the control system to realize the commixture of outdoor air and part return air and the heat exchange of outdoor air and exhaust air;when the humidity ratio of outdoor air is 3 to 12 g/kg,the application of natural cooling technology can partially replace the dehumidifier.Theoretical analysis and test results show that the implementation of the project can reduce energy cost by about 800 000 yuan per year.
