摘要
本文阐述了结构紧凑、扭矩大、能交叉拧紧大功率柴油机上曲轴轴瓦座主螺母紧固机的新颖设计思想,首次成功地将不完全齿轮机构应用于紧固机中,从而满足了柴油机上主轴瓦螺母装拆的技术要求,降低了劳动强度,提高了生产率,并具有运行可靠、操作方便等优点。本文对不完全齿轮机构作了全面介绍,进行了系统的设计和计算。
This paper illustrates an original design of a new type of wrenching machine with compact structure and large tortion. It also has the ability to cross-wrcnch major nut on crcankshaft housing of powerful diesel. It is because of the successful application of intcrmittent gear mechanism for the first time that makes it possible for the machine to mcct the technical requirements of assembling or dismantling the major housing nut of the diesel. Thus, labor intensity is lowered and productivity incrcascd. It also possesses the advantagcs of moving reliably and being manipulated conveniently. In this paper, the design of the intermittent gear mechanism is introduced in detail and the systematic design and calculation are given.
