Control System Design of Endurance Test Bench for Dual Clutch Transmission Proportional Valve

This paper describes the control system of Endurance Test Bench for Dual Clutch Transmission Proportional Valve.First of al ,the system scheme,including the fuel tank system,the pressure subsystem and the temperature subsystem,are de-scribed.Then the control system is introduced.Host computer consists of Siemens lPC,Nl DAQ cards and LabVlEW software. S7-300 PLC is selected as slave computer.Communication between host and slave computer adopts OPC technology.
