摘要
为了开发出具有高运行速度和高切割精度的数控皮革切割机,将皮革切割运动控制系统的伺服驱动器、伺服电机以及机械传动机构作为被控对象,在开环下通过采样该系统的输入、输出数据,基于ARX模型,采用AIC准则法定阶,应用递推最小二乘算法,给出了被控对象的数学模型,并运用残差分析验证了模型的有效性。实验证明了该方法的可行性,可用于运动控制器参数调整优化、系统预测以及故障检测预报等。
ln order to develop leather cutting machines with high operating speed and high cutting precision,this paper makes servo driver with servo motor and mechanical transmission mechanism as a control ed object.Using the sampling system in-put and output data under open-loop,based on ARX model,with the application of recursive least squares algorithm and AIC criterion,this paper gives the mathematical model of the control ed object,and verifies the validity of the model with resid-ual analysis.Experiments show that the method is feasible and can be used to adjust the motion control er parameter opti-mization,prediction,and fault detection system forecasting.
