主要研究灰色理论在寿命预测模型中的应用及该模型在LabVIEW环境下的仿真。以轴件寿命预测为应用背景,建立GM(1,1)模型进行寿命预测,并在LabVIEW中将算法加以实现,更有利于实际应用。经仿真实验数据表明,该仿真系统能够较准确地完成预测。

This paper mainly studies the application of grey theory in the life prediction model and the simulation in LabVlEW.Shaft parts＇ life prediction as the application background,building the model of GM（1,1） to Get the predicted life and simulating in LabVlEW,which is more conducive to practical application.The simulation data show that the completion of the simulation system can accurately forecast.
