基于反馈机制的织布生产调度研究

Feedback Based on Waving Production Scheduling System

为了解决织布生产过程中存在的原料投入和订单产出数量不精确、跟踪控制困难等问题,提出并建立基于反馈控制的生产调度系统,对订单生产过程进行控制。系统在织布生产流程中设置三个输出:整经产量、验布次品产量和入库产量,分别反馈织布各流程生产情况,实时获得生产动态,通过处理信息并且与计划比较得出差异,形成调整指令,实时地控制原材料的投入量,提高订单生产量的精确度。

This paper proposes and establishes weaving production scheduling system based on feedbackinorder to solve inaccu-rate of raw material inputs and order outputs,tracking control problems and other issues.Warping,fabric inspection and stor-age outputs are three output of the system replying each process of weaving production.The system process feedback in-formation and adjusts the input of raw materials,improve the accuracy of production orders.
