摘要
超级电容具有循环寿命长,充电时间短,功率大等特点,成为近年来重要的储能设备之一,但其串联电压不均衡是阻碍超级电容器储能与发展的一个重要因素。对超级电容器的等效电路图进行了介绍,同时还介绍了常用的几种超级电容均压的方法,重点对多飞渡电容器均压方法进行了建模与仿真。通过对其的实验验证,表明了该电压均衡方法结构简单,易于扩展,具有较好的应用空间和价值。
Supercapacitor with long cycle life,short charging time,power and other features,became one of the important energy storage devices in recent years,but the series voltage imbalance is hampering the development of super capacitor energy storage and an important factor.This paper introduces the equivalent circuit diagram of ultracapacitors,which also describes several common method of supercapacitor voltage,focus on more loose equalizing capacitor method for modeling and sim-ulation.
