盐酸帕洛诺司琼与盐酸格拉司琼预防含顺铂化学治疗方案所致恶心、呕吐的疗效

Curative effect of palonosetron hydrochloride and granisetron hydrochloride in preventing nausea and vomiting caused by chemotherapy with cisplatin

目的观察盐酸帕洛诺司琼与盐酸格拉司琼预防含顺铂化学治疗方案所致恶心、呕吐的疗效。方法将58例接受含顺铂化学治疗方案的恶性肿瘤患者分为观察组和对照组,每组29例。观察组患者应用盐酸帕洛诺司琼0.25 mg静脉注射,隔日1次,对照组应用盐酸格拉司琼3.00 mg静脉滴注,每日1次,观察1~5 d患者出现恶心、呕吐的情况并进行比较。结果观察组和对照组预防急性恶心、呕吐（第1天）有效率分别为86.2%、79.3%,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。观察组和对照组预防延迟性恶心、呕吐的有效率第2天为89.7%、65.5%,第3天为86.2%、62.1%,差异均有统计学意义（P〉0.05）;第4天为96.6%、86.2%,第5天为96.6%、93.1%,差异均无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论盐酸帕洛诺司琼和盐酸格拉司琼预防含顺铂化学治疗方案所致急性恶心、呕吐患者疗效相当,对于延迟性呕吐的治疗效果,第2天、第3天比较前者优于后者,第4天、第5天比较二者疗效相当。

Objective To observe the curative effect of palonosetron hydrochloride and granisetron hydrochloride in preventing the nausea and vomiting caused by chemotherapy with cisplatin.Methods Fifty-eight patients received chemotherapy including cisplatin were divided into observation group and control group,with 29 patients in each group.The observation group were given palonosetron hydrochloride 0.25 mg intravenous injection,once every other day.The control group were given granisetron hydrochloride 3.00 mg intravenously guttae,once per day.The occurrence of the nausea and vomiting at 1-5 d after treatment were observed between the two groups.Results The efficacy rate of preventing acute nausea and vomiting（the first day） in the observation group and control group were 86.2% and 79.3% respectively,there was no statistic difference between the two groups（P〉 0.05）.The efficacy rate of preventing nausea and vomiting in the observation group and control group were 89.7%,65.5% on the 2nd day,86.2%,62.1% on the 3rdday respectively,there were statistic difference between the two groups（P〉 0.05）.The efficacy rate of preventing vomiting in the observation group and control group were 96.6%,86.2% on the 4th day,96.6%,93.1% on the 5th day,there was no statistic difference between the two groups（P〉 0.05）.Conclusion The effect of palonosetron hydrochloride and granisetron hydrochloride are similar in preventing acute nausea and vomiting caused by chemotherapy including cisplatin.For the delayed nausea and vomiting,the palonosetron hydrochloride is better than the granisetron hydrochloride on the 2nd and 3rd day; on the 4thand 5th day,the effect is equal between the two drugs.
