润燥止痒胶囊与多塞平片联合淀粉浴治疗老年泛发性皮肤瘙痒症

Runzaozhiyang capsule and doxepin tablets combined with starch bath for treatment on senile pruritus

目的观察润燥止痒胶囊、多塞平片联合淀粉浴治疗老年泛发性皮肤瘙痒症的疗效。方法将182例患者分为观察组和对照组,每组91例。观察组患者采用口服润燥止痒胶囊、多塞平片联合淀粉浴治疗;对照组患者采用口服多塞平片、淀粉浴治疗。2组患者治疗4周后观察疗效。结果观察组患者痊愈56例,显效20例,有效率为83.52%;对照组患者痊愈45例,显效15例,有效率为65.93%。观察组患者治疗有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ2=10.384,P<0.01)。治疗过程中观察组有2例患者曾出现轻微腹泻,对症治疗后好转;对照组有3例患者口服多塞平片后出现头晕、嗜睡,但均未影响治疗。结论润燥止痒胶囊、多塞平片联合淀粉浴治疗老年泛发性皮肤瘙痒症疗效确切,不良反应轻,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Runzaozhiyang capsule and doxepin tablets combined with starch bath in the treatment of senile pruritus.Methods One hundred and eighty-two patients were divided into treatment group and control group,with 91 patients in each group.The observation group was treated with Runzaozhiyang capsule and doxepin tablets combined with starch bath; the control group was treated with doxepin tablets combined with starch bath.Both groups was treated for 4 weeks and then the curative effect were observed.Results Fifty-sixty patients were cured and 20 patients were excellence in the treatment group,the effective rate was 83.52%.Forty-five patients were cured and 15 patients were excellence in the control group,the effective rate was 65.93%.The effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group（χ2= 10.384,P 〈0.01）.During the course of the treatment,2 patients in the observation group appeared slight diarrhea,and then improved after symptomatic treatment; 3 patients in the control group appeared dizziness and sleepiness after taking the doxepin tablets,but the treatment wasn＇t affected.Conclusion Runzaozhiyang capsule and doxepin tablets combined with starch bath in the treatment of senile pruritus has better curative effect and little side effect,so it is worthy of clinical application.
