摘要
为研究防风提取物(防风水提物和防风醇提物)对肝脏的保护作用,将试验小鼠平均分为9组:空白组,CCl4模型组,阳性药组,防风水提物高、中、低剂量组,防风醇提物高、中、低剂量组。采用四氯化碳(CCl4)诱导小鼠急性肝损伤模型,观察了防风水提物和醇提物对小鼠血清丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、天冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)活性、肝匀浆超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性及丙二醛(MDA)含量的影响,并进行了各组间及组内的比较。结果表明:防风水提物和醇提物高剂量组能显著降低小鼠血清ALT、AST活性,降低肝匀浆MDA含量,提高SOD活性。这说明防风提取物具有一定的保肝作用,其作用机制可能与抗脂质过氧化有关。
To study liver protective effect of Saposhnikovia divaricata extracts,including water extracts and alcohol extracts,mice were divided into nine groups:blank control group,CCl4model group,positive drug group,high,middle and low dose groups of Saposhnikovia divaricata water extracts,high,middle and low dose groups of Saposhnikovia divaricata alcohol extracts.Using CCl4,the models of acute chemical liver injury were induced by CCl4in mice,the effects of Saposhnikovia divaricata water extracts and alcohol extracts on the activities of alanine aminotransferase(ALT) and aspartete aminoransferase(AST),the activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD) and the content of malondiadehyde(MDA) in liver tissue were observed and compared between groups and within groups.Saposhnikovia divaricata water extracts and alcohol extracts of high dose group can significantly decrease the serum transaminase activities(ALT,AST),meanwhile,decrease MDA content and prevent the reduction of SOD activities in liver homogenate.Saposhnikovia divaricata extracts have certain protective effect on acute chemical liver injury in mice.The protective mechanisms may be related to its antioxidant activity.
