摘要
以金丝小枣枣渣粉为试验材料,在单因素试验的基础上,采用3因素3水平的Box-Behnken中心组合的响应面法,对微波提取法和超声波提取法提取多糖的工艺进行了优化。结果表明:微波提取多糖的最佳工艺为微波提取时间3 min,微波功率420 W,液固比(mL∶g)25∶1,提取率为3.43%;超声波提取的最佳工艺为提取时间31 min,提取温度50℃,液固比29∶1,提取率为3.37%。微波提取法比超声波提取法的多糖提取率提高了1.75%。
Using jujube slag powder of Ziziphus Jujubes Mill"Jinsixiaozao"as matrials,on the basis of single factor test,we studied the optimization of polysaccharide extraction process of microwave extraction method and ultrasonic extraction method by the response surface method designed as a three-variable and three-level Box-Behnken central composite.The optimum process of microwave extraction method was proved to be extraction time 3 minutes,microwave power 420 W and liquidsolid ratio(mL∶ g) 25∶ 1,under which the extraction rate reached 3.43%.The optimum process of ultrasonic wave extraction method was proven to be extraction time 31 minutes,temperature 50 ℃and liquid-solid ratio 29∶ 1,under which the extraction rate reached 3.37%.Extraction rate of the microwave extraction was 1.75% higher than that of the ultrasonic wave extraction.
