计及全年风光资源的分布式电源选址方法

摘要 针对分布式电源优化选址问题,现有方法一般都简化处理全年风光资源和负荷数据,且算例规模较小,不能完全满足实际应用要求。提出了计及全年风光资源和负荷数据的大规模多馈线配电网分布式电源选址方法。首先,建立计及全年风光资源的大规模多馈线配电网分布式电源优化选址模型,然后基于遗传算法给出优化模型的求解策略,最后采用实际大规模多馈线配电网算例进行验证。结果表明,由于考虑到风机位置会受到全年负荷及风能资源时序特性的影响,因此风机位置优化后的网损更低;采用大规模多馈线整体优化的方案后,采用该方法计算的网损结果也明显优于单馈线范围内的优化结果。 In the present study of optimal location of distributed generation ( DG), the simplified approach of annual wind-solar resource and load data is suggested, and the results cannot meet the real application requirements, due to the small scale of distribution network in numerical example. This paper proposed an optimal location method of DG for large-scale distribution network which had multiple feeders, considering not only the annual load data, but also the annual wind and solar resource data. Firstly, a model of DG location for large-scale distribution network with multiple feeders was given, which had accurately considered the annual data of load, wind and solar resource. Secondly, the solving strategy of the proposed model was given based on genetic algorithm. Finally, the model was verified by an actual case, which was a large- scale distribution network with multiple feeders. It is shown that the network loss of the distribution network considering impact of annual data of load, wind and solar resource on wind turbines" location is better after the optimization of fan location, and the network loss with using the integral optimization of the whole distribution network with multiple feeders is also better than that of optimization in single feeder.
