摘要
燃煤电厂湿法脱硫机组烟囱的腐蚀环境属于强腐蚀等级,近年来,涂层类防腐、砌块类防腐在不同程度上存在耐腐蚀性能较差、使用寿命短的问题。为了解决上述问题,实现可靠性与经济性兼备的目标,研发了烟囱钢内筒整体内衬杂化聚合结构层防腐系统。应用杂化聚合结构层新材料,基于粘接强度试验、差示扫描量热法热分析等试验确定了材料性能,结合"三线四孔"制杂喷工艺在钢内筒上进行整体喷铸,形成了耐高温、耐腐蚀、耐老化的、牢固的、完全履盖筒壁的防腐层,提高了防腐性能。工业应用与科技鉴定结果表明:该系统的防腐性能可靠,技术整体上达到了国内领先水平。杂化聚合结构层适用于新烟囱钢内筒防腐与旧烟囱钢内筒的防腐改造,且可配套防腐在线监测系统,实现全寿命周期管理。
The corrosion environment of chimney in coal-fired power plant with wet FGD (flue gas desulfurization) belongs to strong corrosion grade. In recent years, there are some problems of short life and poor corrosion resistance performance in coating type or block type anticorrosion. In order to solve the above problems, and achieve the goals of reliability and economy, this paper researched and developed the anticorrosion system of hybrid polymer structural layer in integral lining of the steel chimney internal cylinder. Based on the application of the new materials of hybrid polymer structural layer, the material properties were determined through adhesive strength test, DSC thermal analysis test, etc. The overall spray casting in steel tube combined with the miscellaneous spray process of ' three lines-four holes' formed a thermostable, anticorrosion and firm layer completely coating the cylinder wall, which could improve the anticorrosion performance. The industrial application and the science & technology identification results show that: the quality of the anticorrosion system is reliable; the technology has reached the domestic advanced level as a whole. The hybrid polymer structural layer is suitable for the internal steel tube anticorrosion in a new chimney internal steel tube corrosion or the anticorrosion transformation of old chimney internal steel tube, and it can be equipped with the corrosion online monitoring system, which can realize the life cycle management.
