基于功能原理的石油膨胀管膨胀力计算

摘要 石油膨胀管膨胀力的计算一直是膨胀管技术研究的关键难题,本文基于15CrMo管的膨胀研究,根据功能原理提出了一种集经典塑性理论和有限元模拟算法的膨胀力计算方法.首先从膨胀工艺抽象出膨胀管的研究模型,基于ANSYS的有限元算法得出了膨胀所克服的径向压力,再利用经典的塑性理论和接触力理论得出最终的膨胀力算法.并以实体管膨胀15%、20%、25%、30%所需的膨胀力进行对比,用实验验证了新算法的正确性和可靠性,得出膨胀力计算公式=++.该计算方法同样适用于其他材料,为石油膨胀管膨胀力的计算提供了新方法. The calculation of expansive force is the key issue in the study on tubular expansion and deformation. Basing on the research of 15CrMo whose diameter isl08, this paper proposes a calculation method on expansive force according to function principle, which combines the classical theory of plasticity with the finite element simulation algorithm. First we abstracted the model of expandable tube from the expansion process. We got the expandable radial stress according to ANSYS, calculated the expandable force by the classical theory of plasticity and contact theory, and compared the ex- pandable forces which resulted from different expansion rate such as 15%, 20%, 25%, 30%. Practical example was used to verify the correctness and reliability of the new calculation method. With this method, the formula of expansive force F=Fτ+Fμ+Fn, is achieved and can also be applied to other materials. This paper offers an innovation method on the calcul- ation of tubular expansive force.
