摘要
钢板桩围堰在河道桥墩施工过程中的危险系数高,坍塌后往往造成重大伤亡事故.详细讨论了单壁钢板桩围堰体系在施工过程中的理论计算模型.以唐津高速扩建工程海河大桥R39#墩的承台单壁钢围堰施工过程为例,通过现场施工监控,在施工过程中采集到各个工况下钢板桩及内支撑体系的变形和受力,验证了理论计算模型的合理性,并与三维有限元理论分析结果进行了对比分析,二者基本一致.
The risk factor of steel sheet pile cofferdam construction is very high, and the collapse often results in heavy casualties. This paper discusses the calculation model of single wall steel sheet pile cofferdam system in detail during construction. Take for instance the R39# pier construction process of Haihe Bridge, the on-site construction monitoring of the steel sheet pile cofferdam is established to get the deformation and stress of steel sheet pile and supporting system. The rationality of the theoretical calculation model is verified. Comparative analysis between test results, theoretical results, and 3D FEM results is done, and both are basically consistent.
