电磁项目的建设,在促进经济发展的同时,也造成城市电磁环境日益复杂,随着公众环保意识、维权意识的增强,由电场、磁场和电磁场引发的环境纠纷呈逐年上升态势。本文结合电磁项目环境纠纷的现状和特点,分析问题产生的原因,提出具体的对策和措施。

Electromagnetic field related projects have not only promoted economic development, but also brought about an increasingly complex urban electromagnetic environment. An increasing amount of environmental disputes over electric fields, magnetic fields, and electromagnetic fields have been reported, with strengthened public awareness of environmental protection and legal rights protection. This article, through analyzing potential causes, aimed to propose countermeasures corresponding to the current situation and characterizations of environmental disputes over electromagnetic projects.
