摘要
为分析非战争军事行动航空机务保障能力,建立了融入非战争军事行动特点和机务保障要素的指标体系,介绍了云理论和物元理论的相关知识,建立了基于这两个理论的评价模型,并结合实例进行了验证。结果表明,该方法能体现薄弱环节所在,对提升非战争军事行动机务保障能力具有重要的现实意义。
In order to analysis the maintenance guarantee ability of MOOTW, this paper establishes an index system combined the features with guarantee elements of MOOTW. This paper introduces the theories of Cloud and Matter Element, and then the model of cloud-matter element is introduced to an example. The result indicates that it can found the weaknesses. And it can play an important role in the ability of maintenance guarantee.
