环保型聚乙烯醇缩乙二醛纸管胶的填料改性研究

摘要 采用聚乙烯醇(PVA-1799)、乙二醛、淀粉、脲素等主要原料制备环保型聚乙烯醇缩乙二醛纸管胶。本文采用陶土、高岭土、滑石粉和氧化锌这四种填料对此纸管胶改性,研究了填料的用量对纸管胶产品的黏度、流动性、分散性、粘结时间和贮存稳定性的影响。粘接试验表明,该纸管胶具有成本低、粘结强度高、干燥速度快等特点,完全可以满足高速度纸管包装的要求。 First of all, adopt polyvinyl alcohol ( PVA - 1799), giyoxal, starch, urea and other major raw materials in prepration of the environmental protection of polyvinyl glyoxal adhesive for paper tube. Then , use of clay, kaolin, talc and zinc oxide - the four packing changes in performance of this paper of plastic, Research the effects of the amount of packing which about the viscosity, mobile, decentralized, bonding time and storage stability of the paper of plastic products. Bond tests show that the adhesive for paper tube with low cost, high bond strength, dry faster and other charscter, can completelysatisfied the require of high - speed paper packaging.
