摘要
采用高效液相色谱法,以乙腈和酸性水溶液为流动相,使用C18柱和紫外检测器,在242nm波长下对胺苯吡菌酮原药进行分离和定量分析。该方法的相关系数为0.999 6,标准偏差为0.27,变异系数为0.28%,回收率为99.2%。本方法简便、快捷、分离效果好,可以满足定量分析的需要。
A HPLC method was developed for the quantitative determination of Fenpyrazamine Technical, with aeetonitrile and acidic aqueous solution as mobile phase, using Cls column and UV detector at 242nm. The results showed that the linear correlation coefficients was 0.999 6; the standard deviation was 0.27; the variation coefficients was 0.28%; the average recovery rates was 99.2%. The method is simple, quick, accurateand suitable for the analysis of Fen- pyrazamine technical.
