杨树细菌性溃疡病菌的室内药剂活性筛选 被引量:4

摘要 以Lonsdalea quercina subsp.populi引起的杨树细菌性溃疡病是我国新发现的一种生物灾害。本文以该病原细菌为供试菌株,以不同浓度的多病宁、乙蒜素乳油、辛菌胺醋酸盐水剂、代森锰锌、松脂酸铜、春雷霉素、农用链霉素等7种药剂为参试药剂,选用浓度为103数量级的菌液进行室内药剂筛选,通过计算抑菌率评价药剂防效。结果显示,多病宁、乙蒜素乳油以及辛菌胺醋酸盐水剂3种药剂均有极强的杀菌效果,抑制率均达100%,为田间防治该病害的首选药剂。 Poplar bacterial diseasecaused by Lonsdalea quercina subsp .populiis a new emerging biological disaster in China. In the article, the total 7 different fungicides including Duobingling, Etnylicin EC, xinjunanacetic salt SL, Mancozeb, copper abietate, kasugamycin, Agrochemica Streptomycin, were chosen in the trialsto control the pathogen with the concentration at 103 level. The control rates were evaluated by calculating the inhibition rates. The result showed that Duobin- gling, Etnylicin EC and xinjunan acetic salt SL had significant effect on the pathogen with the inhibition rate of 100%. Therefore, they could be recommended as priority products to control poplar bacterial canker pathogen in the field.
