摘要
目的研究IDH1、ERCC1和MGMT在脑胶质瘤组织中的表达及其相关性。方法运用免疫组织化学法观察84例胶质瘤IDH1、ERCC1和MGMT的表达。结果 IDH1和ERCC1在胶质瘤细胞中表达随病理级别增加而升高,差异有统计学意义,IDH1在胶质瘤样本中的表达分别与ERCC1和MGMT有相关性,而ERCC1和MGMT之间无相关性。结论IDH1、ERCC1的检测可判断胶质瘤恶性程度,并可以将其作为判断预后的重要指标,检测ERCC1和MGMT可针对性选用化疗药物,对制定个性化化疗方案有重要参考价值。
[ Objective ] To investigate the expression and relationship of IDHI,ERCCI and MGMT in brain glioma. [ Methods ] lmnnmohistochemical stains were used to investigate the expression of IDH I,ERCCI and MGMT in 84 cases of brain glioma. [ Results ] It was statistical significance of the expression of IDH1 and ERCCI in brain glioma increased with pathological grade rise.There was a correlation between IDH 1 and ERCC 1 or MGMT,and was not a correlation between ERCCI and MGMT in 84 cases of brain glioma. [ Conclusion ] IDH1 and ERCC1 could be used as two indexes to define the degree of brain glioma,and as important indexes for prognosis.The chemotherapy drugs was well-targeted choiced under the guidance of ERCC 1 and MGMT.It was important reference value for personalized chemotherapy.
