奥扎格雷联合阿司匹林治疗进展性脑梗死的临床效果

Clinical effect of ozagrel combined with aspirin in the treatment of progressive cerebral infarction

目的探讨奥扎格雷联合阿司匹林治疗进展性脑梗死的临床效果。方法从我院选取脑梗死进展性患者100例,按照治疗方式的不同分为观察组及对照组,各50例,对照组予以阿司匹林疗法,观察组除给予阿司匹林治疗外,并静点奥扎格雷联合治疗。观察两组患者治疗前后的神经功能缺损评分并评定疗效。结果治疗后,观察组及对照组的神经功能缺损评分均明显降低,但是观察组的降低程度更为明显,显著优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组总有效率为94.0%,明显高于对照组72%,结果具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论脑梗死进展型患者予以奥扎格雷联合阿司匹林疗法,临床效果显著,值得临床大力推广。

[ Objective ] To investigate the clinical effect of ozagrel combined with aspirin in the treatment of progressive cerebral infarction. [ Methods ] 100 progressive cerebral infarction patients in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group,50 cases in each group,control group was given aspirin therapy,obs ervation group was given aspirintreatment, and intravenous Ozagrel treatment. Two groups were observed before and after treatment with neurologic deficit score and efficacy. [ Results ] After treatment, the neurological deficit scores in observation group and control group were significantly lower,but observation group decreased more significantly, significantly better than control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）; the total effective rate of observation group was 94.0%, significantly higher than that of significant （P〈0.05）.
