摘要
全球搜索与救援系统(COSPAS-SARSAT)在海事救援等领域已经发挥了巨大的作用,随着社会对搜救需求的不断增加,搜救系统将扮演越来越重要的角色。文章对国际卫星搜救系统和北斗导航卫星系统的RDSS搜救功能进行了对比、分析研究。研究结果表明,尽管RDSS可以完成卫星搜救系统的功能、任务,但不能完全替代卫星搜救系统。
The Global satellite search and rescue system （COSPAS-SARSAT） has played a great role in the maritime rescuing, etc. The COSPOAS-SARSAT will play more and more important role with the rapid society development in the fu- ture. The satellite search and rescue system and Beidou radio determination satellite system are compared and analyzed. The studied results dedicate that the RDSS can partly realize the task of search and rescue, however, the satellite search and res- cue system cant be substituted by RDSS.
