摘要
目的:研究尖叶假龙胆的木脂素类成分。方法:利用硅胶柱色谱、ODS柱色谱等色谱技术对尖叶假龙胆乙醇提取物进行分离纯化,根据化合物光谱数据进行结构鉴定。结果:共分离鉴定了9个木脂素类化合物,分别为:脱氢二松柏醇-4,9'-O-β-D-葡萄吡喃糖苷(1)、alaschanisoside A(2)、橙皮素A(3)、橄榄树脂素-4'-O-β-D-葡萄吡喃糖苷(4)、leptolepisol D(5)、无梗五加苷D(6)、(+)松脂素-4-O-β-D-葡萄吡喃糖苷(7)、(+)8-羟基-松脂素-4-O-β-D-葡萄吡喃糖苷(8)、(+)松脂素-8-O-β-D-葡萄吡喃糖苷(9)。结论:化合物1~9均为首次从该植物中分离得到,化合物1、9为首次从假龙胆属中分离得到,化合物2、3、5~8为首次从龙胆科植物中分离得到。
Objective:To study the lignans from the whole plant of Gentianella acuta. Methods:The compounds were isolated by va- rious chromatographic techniques and indentified by spectroscopic methods. Results:Nine compounds were isolated and identified as ( 7R, 8 S) -dehydrodiconiferyl alcohol-4,9 '-O-β-D-glucopyranoside ( 1 ), alaschanisoside A ( 2 ), citrusin A ( 3 ), olivil4 '-O-β-D-glucopyr- anoside ( 4 ), leptolepisol D ( 5 ), acanthoside D ( 6 ), ( + ) pinoresinol-4-O-β-D-glucopyranoside ( 7 ), ( + ) 8-hydroxypinoresinol4-O-β-D- glucopyranoside ( 8 ), and ( + ) pinoresinol-8-O-β-D-glucopyranoside ( 9 ). Conclusion : Compounds 1 - 9 are isolated from this plant for the first time, compounds 1 and 9 are isolated from C, entianella genus for the first time, and compounds 2,3 and 5 - 8 are isolated from Gentianaceae family for the first time.
