采用热分析法对替米沙坦口服固体制剂处方工艺的分析

Study on the Formulation and Process of Telmisartan's Oral Solid Preparations by Thermal Analysis Methods

目的:探索采用热分析法对替米沙坦口服固体制剂的处方工艺进行控制的可能性。方法:采用热重分析法(TG)、差示扫描量热法(DSC)对所收集到的替米沙坦口服固体制剂的处方工艺进行初步的分析。结果:TG法与DSC法均可以体现替米沙坦口服固体制剂的处方及工艺的差异。结论:对替米沙坦制剂的处方工艺的控制是质量控制的基础。

Objective：To analyze the probability of formulation control on telmisartan′s oral solid preparations by thermal analysis methods.Methods：Thermogravimetry （ TG） and differential scanning calorimetry （ DSC） were used to analyze the formulation and process of telmisartan′s oral solid preparations.Results：The differences of telmisartan′s formulations could be identified by TG and DSC.Conclusion：The control of telmisartan′s formulation is the base of its quality control.
