摘要
本文介绍了一个非回转体零件的CAPP专家系统CTU-CAPPES的研制情况。该系统由CAD系统输入工件的几何、拓扑及工艺信息,自动完成工艺规程的编制。文中讨论了零件信息的描述、知识的表达和专家系统的推理机制等问题。该系统目前适合支托架类零件的工艺规程设计,避免了CAPP系统的数据重复输入,从而减少了输入错误,提高了工艺设计的效率和质量。
This paper introduces a computer aided process planning expert system (CTU-CAPPES) adapted to non-rotational workpieces. It is connected to the CAD system. Taking supporting stand for example this paper indicates the description of the dedign methods, the generation of the knowledge of process decision-making, the generation of the rule of the process and the procedure of the derivation. Using the system in process planning, we can avoid unnecessary repetition of the information input to CAPP system, reduce the error of data input, and raise the efficiency of process planning.
