摘要 目的采用高效液相色谱法测定蒺藜不同药用部位中总黄酮醇苷的含量,并对蒺藜茎、叶、果实、全草中总黄酮醇苷含量进行比较。方法以槲皮素、异鼠李素、山奈酚为对照,采用高效液相法,色谱条件:ODS色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相:甲醇-0.4%磷酸溶液(50:50),检测波长:360 nm。结果蒺藜不同药用部位中总黄酮醇苷的含量有较大差异,其中茎、叶、果实、全草中总黄酮醇苷含量分别为2.19 mg/g、8.15 mg/g、1.67 mg/g、4.36 mg/g,叶中含量最高,果实中含量最低;槲皮素、异鼠李素、山奈酚在线性范围(分别为0.0312—0.312μg、0.0204~0.204 μg、0.0112—0.112μg)内,呈良好的线性关系(依次r=0.9999、r=0.9998、r=0.9999);回收率试验的RSD分别为0.92%、1.6l%、1.44%。结论本研究所建立的分析方法准确可行,可用于蒺藜不同药用部位中总黄酮醇苷含量测定。 Objective the content of total flavonoids was determined by high performance liquid chromatography from different medicinal parts of glycosides, and compared to the total flavonoids from Tribulus terrestris stems, leaves, fruit, herb glycosides content. Methods with quercetin, isorhamnetin, kaempferol as control, HPLC, GC conditions: ODS column ( 250mm×4.6 mm,5μm), mobile phase of methanol: - 0.4 % phosphoric acid solution (50:50), the detection wavelength: 360nm. Results there was a great difference of content of total flavonoids in different medicinal parts of Tribulus terrestris glycosides, the total flavonoids in stems and leaves, fruit, herb glycosides content were 2.19 mg/g, 8.15 mg/g, 1.67 mg/g, 4.36 mg/g, leaves was the highest, the fruit was the lowest; quercetin, kaempferol, with Shu Li in the linear range ( respectively 0.0312 - 0.312 μg, 0.0204 - 0.204 μg,0.0112 -0.112 μg), showed a good linear rela-tionship (r =0.9999, r =0. 9998, r =0. 9999 respectively) ; by the recovery test of RSD were 0.92 %, 1.61%,1.44 %. Conclusion the established method of Tribulus terrestris is accurate and feasible, and can be used for determination of total flavonoids in different parts of Tribulus terrestris glycosides content.
