摘要
目的:明确目前临床护士学习型组织现状及其影响因素,为护理管理者有针对性地建立学习型组织提供参考。方法:采用问卷调查法,对某三级甲等医院143名临床护士进行调查。结果:学习型组织调查问卷7个因子中,建立获取及分享学习的系统(26.31±5.15)、授权员工以达成共同愿景(29.78±4.26)、创造持续性学习的机会(30.69±4.52)因子得分位于最后3位。护士从事护理工作的原因是学习型组织文化感知中创造持续性学习的机会、建立获取及分享学习的系统因子的影响因素,工作年限是促进对话与探询因子的影响因素。结论:临床护士学习型组织建设的部分内容处于较低水平,不同从事护理工作的原因和不同工作年限护士对学习型组织文化的感知不同,护理管理者应有针对性地找出不足之处采取有效措施,提高临床护士的学习积极性。
Objective: To investigate the current status of clinical nurses' learning organization and its influencing factors, and to provide scientific basis for nursing managers. Methods: The Dimensions of Learning Organization Questionnaire was used to investigate 143 clinical nurses who worked in a tertiary Grade A hospital. Results: Among the seven subscales, the scores of performing system, authorizing staff and continuing study were the lowest. Different working objectives were the influencing factor of the subscale of the continuing study and performing system, while different working years were the influencing factor of the subscale of promoting talk. Conclusion: Some dimensions of clinical nurses' learning organization was in the low level. The perceptions to learning organization among nurses with different working objectives and working years were different. Nursing managers should find the weakness and take effective measures to motivate clinical nurses to learn actively.
