项目管理在静脉输液技术准入中的应用

Application of project management in the admittance of intravenous infusion technology

目的:探讨项目管理在静脉输液技术准入中的应用效果。方法:通过项目管理的方法,依据静脉输液技术准入标准对神经外科、心血管内科护士进行静脉输液技术准入,观察项目实施前后的穿刺工具选择的合理性、并发症发生率、静脉穿刺结果及患者满意度。结果:项目实施前后穿刺工具选择的合理性、并发症发生率、静脉穿刺结果差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),患者满意度由85%提高至97%。结论:项目管理为护理管理人员提供了先进的管理方法并促进了静脉输液的专业化发展。

Objective： To discuss the effects of project management in the admittance of in.venous infusion technology. Methods： According to the standards of admittance of intravenous infusion technology, we adopted project management to implement the technology admittance among nurses in neurosurgery and cardiovascular departments. We observed the rationality of tool choice, incidence of complications, the venous puncture results and patients＇ satisfaction before and after project management. Results： There were significant differences in rationality of tool choice, incidence of complications and venous puncture results before and after project management, meanwhile patients＇ satisfaction was increased from 85% to 97%. Conclusion Project management not only provides advanced management methods for nurse administrators, but also promotes the professional development of intravenous infusion.
