安徽省某“三甲”医院护理人员对患者安全文化认知的调查研究

Nurses' recognition of patients' safety culture in a tertiary Grade A hospital in Anhui province

目的:了解护理人员对患者安全文化认知的情况,为持续改善患者安全提供依据。方法:采用便利抽样的方法对我院1509名护理人员发放"医院患者安全文化调查表(HSOPS)",计算量表各维度同意率,比较不同岗位、科室护理人员"医院患者安全文化调查表"各条目同意率及是否与患者直接接触的两组护理人员"医院患者安全文化调查表"各条目同意率。结果:65.9%护理人员对科室患者安全总体评分认为"优秀"或"很好";对错误的反馈与沟通、科室内团队合作、管理者促进安全的期望与行动、组织学习与持续改进四个维度同意率均>70%,为优势领域,人员配置维度同意率最低(36.13%),是我院需要改进的领域;护士长在安全文化量表条目同意率多高于责任护士和主班护士,外科护理人员条目同意率多高于其他科室,急诊科条目同意率最低(P<0.05)。结论:我院护理人员有着积极的患者安全文化,但有些领域还需继续改进。

Objective： To understand the nurses＇ recognition of patients＇ safety culture and to provide references for continuously improvement of patients＇ safety. Methods： Totally 1509 nurses in our hospital were recruited by convenience sampling method and investigated by Hospital Survey on Patient Safety Scale. We calculated the agreement rate of each dimension of the scale and compared the agreement rates between the nurses with different positions and the nurses who contacted the patients directly or not. Results： Totally 65.9% nurses thought the general score on patient safety in their work area/ unit in this hospital ＂Excellent＂ or ＂Very good＂. The dimension of Feedback ＆ communication about error＂ （90.7%）, ＂Teamwork within units＂ （87.65%）＂, ＂Supervisor/manager expectations ＆ actions promoting patient safety＂ （85.55%）, ＂Organization learning- continuous improvement＂ （84.37%） were the safety culture area with higher agreement rates. The dimension ＂Staffing＂ （36.13%） had the lowest agreement rates which need more improvement in the future. The head nurses had higher agreement rates than the staff nurses （P〈0.05）.Nurses in the surgery unit had higher agreement rates than nurses of other units, while the nurses in the emergency department had the lowest agreement rates （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Nurses in our hospital have the overall positive patients＇ safety culture, but some areas are still need to be continuously improved to ensure patients＇ safety.
