目视管理在病区备用药物管理中的应用

Application of visual management in medication management in the ward

目的:探讨目视管理在病区备用药物管理中的应用效果。方法:采用颜色、标识、区域线、看板等目视管理方法对病区备用药物进行规范化管理。结果:实施目视管理后,病区备用药物相关的不良事件发生率较前明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:目视管理应用于病区备用药物管理,可方便护士熟悉环境,增强护士对药物管理的安全意识,降低病区备用药物不良事件发生率,保证患者用药安全,实现病区备用药物的规范化管理。

Objective： To investigate the effects of visual management in standby medication management in the ward. Methods： Using visual management method including color, logo, regional lines, and signboard to perform the standardized management of standby medication in the ward. Results： After implementation of visual management, the adverse events of ward standby medication reduced significantly （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Using visual management model in standby medication management in the ward is beneficial for nurses to be familiar with the environment, enhance the safety awareness on standby medication management, reduce medication errors, ensure patient safety, and promote the standardized management of the ward standby medication.
