在对领导力、护理领导力进行概念分析的基础上,阐述了国内外领导力理论的研究进展及其在护理领域的理论研究现状,从而引申出国内外护理领导力测评工具的研究现状,并指出目前研究中存在的不足,以期为护理领导力测评工具的研发提供参考。

Based on the concept analysis of leadership and nursing leadership, this review described the development of research on leadership theories at home and abroad. Then this article reviewed nursing leadership assessment tools and pointed out limitations of the current studies, so as to provide references for the development of nursing leadership assessment tools in the future.
