摩擦纺纱加捻元件表面径向跳动对纺纱的影响

摘要 本文研究了摩擦纺纱加捻元件表面径向跳动对纺纱的影响。理论分析和实验的结果表明,加捻元件表面径向跳动将导致加捻纱条附加惯性力增加及加捻区负压的变化,直接影响纺纱稳定性和成纱捻度的分布均匀性。因此为保证纺纱质量,在加工和装配过程中,应对加捻元件的表面径向跳动严格加以控制。 In this paper, the effect of the surface radial jumping of the twisting drums on the spinning stability in friction spinning is studied. The theoretical analysis and experimental results show that the radial surface jumping of the twisting drums will result in increasing of the additional centrifugal force on the yarn tail and turbulence of the negative pressure in the delta twisting zone, affecting directly the spinning stability and regularity of the yarn twist distribution. So in order to guarantee yarn quality, it is important to control the radial surface jumping of the twisting drums strictly during manufacture and assembly.
