探讨不同吻合器在治疗贲门癌和食管癌手术中的应用

Discussion on the application of different stapler in esophageal cancer and gastric cardia carcinoma

目的研究不同吻合器在贲门癌、食管癌手术治疗中的应用效果。方法 50例贲门癌、食管癌患者,随机分为两组,对照组25例采用金属钉吻合器来进行治疗,治疗组25例采用镍钛记忆合金加压吻合器进行治疗,观察两组患者的治疗效果。结果治疗组的平均手术时间、住院时间以及术中输血量明显地少于对照组,同时治疗组的治愈率84.0%高于对照组64.0%,且并发症率4.0%低于对照组36.0%,对比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论使用镍钛记忆合金加压吻合器来进行贲门癌食管癌的治疗效果显著,且起效快、并发症少,值得临床上的大力推广。

Objective To study effect of different stapling in esophageal cancer and gastric cardia carcinoma. Methods Divided 50 cases of cardia cancer and patients with esophageal carcinoma into two groups, control group（25 cases） with metal studs stapling to treatment, treatment group（25 eases） with nitinol alloy pressure stapling treatment, therapeutic effect of two groups was observed. Results The average operation time, hospitalization time and intraoperative blood transfusion volume of treatment group was significantly less than control group, treatment group cure rate 84.0% was higher than the control group 64.0%, at the same time and complication rate was 4.0% lower than the control group 36.0%, compared statistically significant difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Nitinol alloy compression stapling for esophageal cardia cancer treatment effect is remarkable with quick effect and fewer complications, so it is worthy of clinical promotion.
