摘要 目的探讨癌胚抗原(CEA)、P16、Ki-67在原发宫颈腺癌中的表达及其临床病理意义。方法采用免疫组织化学染色的方法 ,检测原发宫颈腺癌36例,宫颈腺体上皮内肿瘤(CGIN)14例及正常宫颈组织10例中CEA、P16、Ki-67的抗体表达的情况。结果 CEA、P16、Ki-67在实验组及对照组中,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 CEA、P16、Ki-67,在宫颈癌的发生、发展中有着重要作用,监测三者指标有助于原发宫颈腺癌及癌前病变的诊断。 Objective To explore expression of CEA, P16 protein and Ki-67 protein in cervical adenocarcinoma.MethodsAntibody expressions of CEA, P16 and Ki-67 in cervical glandular intraepithelial neoplasia(14 cases), normal cervical tissue(10 cases) and primary cervical adenocarcinoma(36 cases) were detected by immunohistochemical method.ResultsThe expressions of CEA, P16 and Ki-67 in experiment group and control group have statistical difference(P〈0.05).ConclusionCEA, P16 and Ki-67 may play an important role in occurrence and development of in primary cervical adenocarcinoma. The detection of CEA, P16 and Ki-67 contributed to the diagnosis of primary cervical adenocarcinoma and precancerous lesions.
