摘要
重庆国金中心项目T1塔楼核心筒区域为变截面筏板基础,基础持力层为硬度较高的中风化泥岩,空间结构极为复杂,施工难度大。从土方开挖阶段的基坑降排水措施、土方开挖方式的选择、施工组织、超挖控制及混凝土施工阶段施工缝的留设、钢筋支撑、钢筋与型钢柱的连接、变截面处单侧支模、混凝土浇筑及养护等方面介绍了坚硬岩层环境下,复杂空间开挖及大高差变截面大体积混凝土施工技术。
The core tube structure of Chongqing International Financial Center T1 tower is variable cross- section raft foundation. It' s foundation bearing layer is higher hardness weathered mudstone, the spatial structure is complex and the construction is difficult. This paper introduced the complex space large elevation difference variable cross-section of mass concrete construction technology in hard strata excavation, including foundation excavation drainage measures, excavation methods, construction organization, overbreak control and the design of construction joint, steel support, steel reinforcement and the section steel column connections, variable cross-section unilateral shuttering, concrete pouring and curing.
