关于高校法学教育的意识形态功能问题的思考

On the Ideological Function of University's Law Education

文章主要探讨了高校法学教育的意识形态功能问题,分为四个部分。其一为中国当前对法学教育的意识形态功能问题的研究现状;其二为所使用的意识形态概念的界定,分析指出法学教育意识形态功能就在于向法学教育中的受教育者传递法律中所蕴涵的价值理念。其三阐述了高校法学教育意识形态功能存在的一些问题,并在第四部分针对存在的问题给出了一些相应的对策。

This paper mainly investigates the ideological function of university’s law education in China. It is divided into four parts. The current situation of the research on the ideological function of law education is discussed in the first part. The concept of ideology concerned is defined in the second part, pointing out that the ideological function of the law education lies in delivering ideas of value contained in the law to the educated in law education. The third part expounds some problems existing in the law education, and in the fourth part, some corresponding countermeasures to the problems are discussed.
