刍议无障碍网页设计在中国大陆地区的设计“障碍”

The "Barriers" of Barrier-free Web Design in China Mainland

为身心障碍者提供无障碍的网络服务空间,在世界诸多国家和地区都做得有声有色,而在中国大陆地区却存在着几大障碍:认知"障碍"、误解重重;执行力"障碍"、制度乏力;资金"障碍"、商贾不济、政府无力;发展思维"障碍"、形式主义严重。在肯定少数网站榜样作用的时候,我们更多的是需要克服障碍,为人利己。

Providing the web service space for the physical and mental disabilities, many countries and regions are doing better to better in the world, in China mainland, however, there are several barriers：cognitive＂barrier＂, many misunderstandings;Execution＂barrier＂, weak institutions;Funds＂barrier＂, no merchants supporting, the government weakness; Development thinking ＂barrier＂, the serious formalism. Under the afifrmation of a few websites role models, we more need to overcome the barriers for them and ourselves.
