NO对植入期子宫内膜发育的调控作用研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 一氧化氮(nitric oxide,NO)作为细胞功能活动的第二信使分子,对植入期子宫内膜的发育起着重要的调控作用,其通过促进子宫内膜细胞的增殖和分化,促进子宫内膜腺体的分泌,增加子宫动脉的血流量,使得子宫内膜发生蜕膜反应,为胚泡的植入做好准备,是胚胎植入过程中必不可少的调节分子。该文综述了NO在植入期子宫内膜发育调控作用的研究进展。 Nitric oxide(NO),the second messenger,plays an important role in regulation of endometrial development during embryonic implantation.It promotes decidual reaction of the endometrium by facilitating the proliferation and differentiation of endometrial cells,the secretion of endometrial glands and the increase in uterine artery blood flow.Decidualized uterus is necessary for embryonic implantation.This article reviews the role of NO in the regulation of endometrial development during implantation.
