摘要
建立了气相色谱测定食品中BHA、BHT、TBHQ的定量检测方法。样品经乙醇提取,浓缩,N2吹至近干并定溶后,经气相色谱检测。
A rapid method was developed for the determination of BHA, BHT, TBHQ in food by gas chromatography. The food samples were extracted by ethanol with ultrasonication. The chromatographic analysis was carried out by GC-MS.
